Susan Schiavon

Susan is a licensed realtor in the state of South Carolina and has enjoyed living in the low country for the past 19 years. Originally from Canton, Ohio, she made the southern track down to Bluffton in June of 1999 and hasn't looked back since! In addition to her real estate accomplishments, she has also been in the legal field practicing as a paralegal for more than 30 years. She is detail oriented and proactive in getting things done for her clients. Susan is very dedicated to her profession and helping her clients before, during, and after the process of buying and/ or selling their property. Susan and her husband also own several investment properties giving her the experience and knowledge needed to assist her clients especially in an area where second homes and investments are quite common.
