Janice Ross, Stephanie Cauller, and Katie Oliva have joined forces and formed The Hilton Head Home Group of RE/MAX Island Realty. They bring years of real estate and marketing experience to the team as well as a tremendous amount of knowledge about living in and relocating to the Lowcountry.

Ross moved to Hilton Head Island in 2012 from Los Angeles, California, and Cauller in 2010 from Malvern, Pennsylvania. Katie is a local who was born and raised in Beaurfort and Melanie is a South Florida via Charlotte, NC transplant to the Island.

Together, they are working to make dreams come true, whether it’s a full-time relocation, income producing property, or an Island Getaway.

They will work cohesively to make the home buying process as enjoyable as a day at the beach!
